It is with great pleasure that
I write a letter of reference for Four Seasons Services.
I understand the never-ending task of keeping a veterinary
clinic looking and smelling fresh and clean.
I tried many different ways to
tackle the unique cleaning problem at "a clinic
that never closes" and was not successful until
I found Four Seasons Services. A representative came
to our location and watched us work to get a good understanding
of our activity and what they would have to work with (and
sometimes around!). Four Seasons Services promised me
the same crew every night. This crew would take on my
clinic as though it was their own.
The owner visited in the night,
making both spot checks on her crew and requested checks
to fine-tune our cleaning expectations. Four Seasons
employees, unlike other companies we had used, were
very dependable. We came to know the cleaning crew that
worked at our facility and grew to think of them as
"extended family members". After many cleaning
crews doing a half-way job, cutting corners, reading
magazines in the break room, or sleeping down the hall,
it was refreshing to have a dedicated cleaning crew
that took pride in seeing our smiles when we walked
into the clinic the next morning. Indeed, for the first
time, you could "smell" the clean when you
entered the front door!
The owner is very conscientious
and truly wants the best for her client. From conversations
with her, I can tell you that she believes the most
important thing in her business is having satisfied
clients and establishing strong working relationships
with them.
In addition to doing a great
job cleaning in a difficult environment, the folks of
Four Seasons were courteous, caring about their
clients'
needs, dependable and organized. I would highly recommend
Four Seasons as an excellent cleaning service.
